Commercial Site Prep
Des Moines Ignite project. Cut and poured 5-ft by 14-ft footing trenches spanning roughly a football field. Called in last-minute after another contractor backed out and completed the full footing phase in three days.
Pond Construction
Built a new pond on a former brickyard dump site. Excavated 45 feet before reaching clean soil. Final basin holds around two million gallons with an 18-ft max depth, completed in two months.
Mass Excavation
Moved 14,000 yards in five and a half days. Built a pad requiring nine feet of engineered fill with full compaction. Completed excavation and fill in under a week by sourcing material from an on-site borrow pond.
